Jessica Towe combined all the above and more when she founded her Nashville real estate team, one that heralds a new, superior option for home buyers and sellers.
Transitioning into real estate from her previous position as the Vice President of a prestigious financial institution, Jessica has spent the last several years in real estate, leveraging her 13 years of finance expertise to serve her clients in meeting their home buying or selling goals.
Jessica understands that buying or selling a home is not only one of the most significant financial decisions a family will make; it’s also an incredibly symbolic and emotional decision. Transitioning into a new home, sometimes one that’s thousands of miles across the country, is life-changing. Jessica helps her clients through these big moments, fulfilling her role as guide, agent, and friend.
Born into a military family and having moved 20 times by her 20th birthday, Jessica knows all about picking up and shuffling the family across the country. Further, her upbringing in a household that combined its time between military service and housing construction gave her an appreciation for homes, community, and service to that community.
Life lessons in transition, home development, and service to others, merged with professional experience in finance and real estate, all combine to position Jessica as the ideal advocate for home buyers and sellers. Whether her clients are moving across the nation or across town, upgrading or downsizing, purchasing a rental property or a forever home, Jessica has gathered tools and expertise to ensure her clients receive exemplary service.
Jessica relocated her own family to Nashville in 2016, and she lives here with her husband and their two children. They’ve spent their years in Music City fostering meaningful connection with friends, family, and clients, building community and contributing to the Nashville that so many have come to know and love.
